Privacy policy
Last updated: 16 September 2026
Everything you type into the eligibility check and the calculator is processed inside your own browser and never leaves your device. We do not have it, cannot see it, and do not store it. There are no accounts, no sign-up and no marketing emails.
Who to contact
This site is run by a private individual based in Spain. For anything to do with your data — or anything else — write to [email protected] and it will be answered.
More about what this site is, where the figures come from and how it is paid for — the short version on the last point being that it isn't: no adverts, no affiliate links, no lead generation and no arrangement with any law firm.
What we do not collect
- Your income, your answers, your dates — these stay in your browser
- Your name or email address — we do not ask for them
- Any account or profile — there is nothing to sign up for
- Advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers
What is collected
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It is designed to work without cookies and without building a profile of you: it does not set cookies, does not store anything on your device, does not fingerprint your browser and does not follow you to other websites.
What it records is aggregate: page visited, referring site, rough country, browser type and timing. We use it to decide which pages are worth improving. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding whether the site is useful — a weak interest, which is exactly why we chose a tool that cannot identify you.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical request data needed to deliver a page to you, including your IP address, and does so to keep the service running and secure.
Links out
We link to the Spanish Tax Agency and to other sites. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies and ours stops.
If this changes
If we ever add something that collects personal data — a contact form, for instance — this page gets updated before that goes live, not after, and the change will be described here rather than quietly absorbed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Since we hold no personal data that identifies you, there is in practice nothing for us to hand over or erase — but if you think we have something of yours, write to [email protected] and we will look.
You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
