Why there is no form

On purpose. A form would mean collecting and storing personal data from people who came here only to read. An email address does the same job and leaves you in control of what you send.

Corrections come first

If a figure on this site is wrong or out of date, that is the most useful message you can send. Include the address of the page and what you believe the correct figure is. Every number here is checked against the Spanish Tax Agency and the last full check was 2026-09-16, but rules change and mistakes happen.

What this site cannot do

We cannot look at your personal situation, tell you whether to apply, or review your Form 149. Flat Tax Spain is not a tax adviser, and answering questions like those would be exactly the professional advice this site is careful not to give. For that, talk to a qualified Spanish tax professional.

How long a reply takes

This is a personal project, not a company with a support desk. Corrections are handled quickly; everything else, when there is time.
